yes. It should be. The recent Nithari killings, kidnapping of Adobe chief (India) son, and many more happenings reflect the deterioating state of UP. The whole governance system is corrupted to the core and the higher officials too dont have value for human life. Once presidents rule is imposed things will come to normalcy and the faith of the people will come back .

Now that elections are declared in UP, the need to impose prez rule in UP has been averted. This, infact, ahs been a face saver for all political parties.
Congress was reeling under immense pressure from Left on the issue who kept on insisting that the matter of majority should be decided on the floor of the House. Also party bigwigs including Pranab mukherjee had opined that the dismissal o fGovt doesn’t automatically flow from the disqualification of MLAs. The PM himself was not keen himself, following the supreme court’s flak for dismissal of Bihar Govt.
The Mulayam Singh govt has no reason for relief, as the code of conduct binds him with immediate effect. His actions will be strictly monitered by EC.

well i believe allpying president rule doesnot make any sense as if u see that incidence like nithari cant be changed with changing govt. if u see survey of all india incidence then up stands on 7th to 8 in term of events either it may be rape case or killing.

yes owing to the failure of state govt. in dispensing its functions properly gives the indication that president rule should be imposed in up
