I am not able to answer the RC part confidently.Actually I read that grasp the content but still I find It hard to answer moeover my reading speed is very small,200 words/min

Hi, Raghav.
RC part needs a reading speed of 350-375 words/min.
Just read the editorial part of the newspaper.Read articles one-by-one and immediately write down the summary of it(without looking at it). When this is done on a daily basis your understanding capablity will improve tremendously;within 2 months you will be very confident about RC. If you understand it,you will answer it. This will even improve your reading speed; in two months flat!!
Let us know if this information helped you.

Graduate Management Admission Test. The GMAT is required for admission to business school. This computerized test is offered year-round, but only in the last 3 weeks of every calendar month. It tests students on verbal skills, quantitative skills (math) and analytical writing skills.

GATE is organized by IITs and IISc, which have pioneered advanced education at master’s level in India. The sole purpose of GATE is not only to conduct a test for admission but, which is also the major goal, to identify the suitable engineers/researchers in various areas and make them to choose their area of choice in which they can pursue their master degree.

Perhaps I should ask you, how your academics is coming along. The reason being that this will play a big role in your selection to any premier institute. Having said that let me list down what you can do from here on in to help your selection ( You will find a few things repetitive)
For Exam
There is a scholarship exam conducted by TIME institute every 3 months or so (they regularly advertise on Page 3 of Times of India) Attend the exam and depending on your rank you will get a scholarship
Strictly start a good reading habit i.e.the newspaper everyday ( ideally one business newspaper and one general newspaper cover to cover)and one biz magazine and one general magazine This would be the ideal way to improve your reading speed. Try to read as fast as you can without compensating retention. Test your retention by listing down the important points of the article . No need to remember names, numbers etc. You should just be able to know what they are talking of in which para. Measure your reading speed in terms of words per minute (approximate) try to reach 350.
Learn tables upto 20*20, Square upto 25 and cubes upto 15. Play with numbers whenever you can. ( use less calculator outside class, add numbers big numbers 2 digits at a time instead of single digit as we usually do)
For interview
Pursue any interests (extracurricular or co-curricular i.e. anything outside academics) to know about it. If it is hobby learn more about it-
Academics are important.
The magazines and newspapers will provide a strong knowledge of GK.
If you are shy of speaking in public join a course on personality development. You can join a coaching class whenever you want. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you join to early, there is a possiblity of reaching your peak performance early and that working against you or you getting bored and losing motivation before the exam. On the other hand there are students who have prepared for a longer time frame and done well. There are people who have given CAT for 3 years before cracking it The best thing would be for you make a decision on this on your own.
Dont be worried about what your friends are doing. If you feel like you need something to study, pick up your high school maths books and understand all the concepts that are given. Try solving some Shakuntala devi puzzles or other puzzles- which will help you indirectly help you. There are also books on speed maths and vedic maths, I dont how helpful they are but it wont hurt your preparation

You need sound knowledge about basics of math etc.,
during your selection procedure few points are alloted to your academic performance. It varies across different B-Schools.
